Commercial disclosure
This publication earns its place by being useful, not by selling placement. It carries no advertising, no sponsored or paid-for articles, and no affiliate links.
Referrals
Where a page answers a question whose next step is hiring a service, that page may point to a service business that actually serves the reader's location. Two rules govern every such link:
- It carries
rel="sponsored nofollow"when the referral is compensated, and a plain disclosure sentence appears next to the link itself — not in a footer, and not on another page. - The article answers its question without the reader clicking it. A referral is an offered next step, never the conclusion.
This publication is connected to at least one service destination it may refer readers to, and may receive a referral fee when a reader requests service through it. That relationship is stated wherever such a link appears.
What is not on this site
- No provider rankings presented as editorial judgement.
- No credential, licence, insurance, or rating claimed for a business without a source that shows it.
- No price range published without a locality, a date, a scope, and a source that states it.
- No lead forms, no quote requests, and no booking routes.
- No "we tested", "our crews", or "in our years of experience" claim. The publication performs no work.
Editorial independence
Topics, scope, and conclusions are set by the editorial plan, which is recorded in the project's topical map before drafting begins. A commercial relationship does not change an answer: where the honest answer is that the work is not needed, that is what the page says.
